Oakland's Bachelor of Arts in Music degree offers a general education without major specialization in music. Students must complete the departmental ear-training examination to fulfill the requirements in the Music Handbook. A minimum of 124 credits are necessary for completion of the BA in Music Degree.

Requirements

Undergraduate: ACT for freshman. If out of school for 3 years, sustained employment record; recommendations from employers, educators, or other professionals; and/or standardized tests.

Arts and Humanities Degree

Oakland University was founded in 1959 by Alfred and Matilda Wilson in the ever-changing state of Michigan.
