Gerontology

The Family Studies & Gerontology (FSGN) Department at Mount Saint Vincent University is excited about instructing ambitious, caring individuals who have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Pursuing a Certificate in Gerontology, a Bachelor of Applied Arts in FSGN, or the Masters of Arts in FSGN through the university can put a student on the fast track to career advancement, personal enrichment, and a rewarding life in outreach, family education, program coordination, and case working.

Requirements

Undergraduate: high school graduate or mature admission. Graduate: undergraduate degree. Certificate: similar to other undergraduate admission requirements; i.e., high school completion, or mature admission if out of school for more than 5 years. We are very flexible; professors can choose to admit stufents at their discretion, even if the above criteria are not met.

Mount Saint Vincent University

Mount Saint Vincent University represents high-level education as well as an enriched community.
