Humanities
At the University of Maryland, University College, the Bachelor of Arts in Humanities is generally pursued by students desiring a multidisciplinary education that provides a firm foundation in the arts, language, history, and religion. Encouraging a broad world view, the program strives to provide participants with insight into human behavior and values relevant to cultures and traditions across the globe.
Requirements
Undergraduate: Accredited high school diploma, GED score of at least 225 and no score below 40 on any of the tests. Graduate: bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university and an overall GPA of at least 3.0. Students with a GPA of 2.5 or better can apply for provisional status.
