Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Project Management

The BSBA in Project Management focuses on the management of time-limited operations in terms of four constraints: time, cost, resources and specification. During this 15-month degree program, students learn to identify priorities, organize assignments and deploy the necessary resources to accomplish projects on time and within specified budgets. Select program content covers key areas contained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), considered to be the industry standard by the Project Management Institute. Students earn seven Professional Certificates as they work towards the completion of the BSBA in Project Management. The 15-month Bachelors degree is a 2+2 program and assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an Associates degree or the equivalent. CTU Online students with no previous college experience can complete this degree in about 2 1/2 years.
