Established in 1964, York Technical College was founded with sixty students enrolled in seven different programs, all under one roof. The college has evolved to now offer seventy programs supporting over 4,000 students. York Technical College also offers continuing education to 7,000 area residents and over 250 local businesses.

York Technical College offers an Accounting degree that will prepare students to take on roles as junior accountants, payroll accountants, or cost accounting assistants.
