Human Resource Development / Management

The education received through the University of Maryland, University College Human Resource Management Bachelor of Science degree program is designed to prepare individuals for positions in all aspects of the human resource field. Students are given instruction on everything from recruitment to labor relations to compensation and benefits programs. Upon graduation, students will be ready to handle all logistical, managerial, and ethical issues relating to the field of human resources.

Requirements

Undergraduate: Accredited high school diploma, GED score of at least 225 and no score below 40 on any of the tests. Graduate: bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university and an overall GPA of at least 3.0. Students with a GPA of 2.5 or better can apply for provisional status.
