Medical Office Assistant Technology
The Medical Office Assistant program provides training in all aspects of the medical secretarial field including: software knowledge, grammar, composition, and verbal communication skills, keyboard formatting, interpersonal, and organizational skills, hardware/equipment operation, transcription skills, computerized patient billing, coding concepts and health insurance claims concepts. Business courses provide a broad background for the graduate.
