Hotel and Restaurant Management

The Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Tompkins Cortland Community College is designed to provide individuals with the skills and experience necessary to take full advantage of the continuous opportunities for advancement in this rapidly growing field. With a strong foundation of hospitality management related knowledge, students will be able to take on management positions in many different business types, including hotels and restaurants. One strong feature of this unique program is its on-the-job-training at local restaurants, college cafeterias, and various other institutional dining units.

Online Business Degree

Tompkins Cortland Community College is of the State University of New York. Their curriculum concentrates on business, administration, accounting, hotel and restaurant management, travel and tourism, engineering and science, communication, electronics, and computer information systems.
