Human Resource Development / Mangement

The Baker College Center for Graduate Studies offers two Human Resource Management degrees (Associate of Business and Bachelor of Business) via its internet-based branch, Baker College On-Line. The programs offer students a comprehensive understanding of the many functions and activities that encompass human resource professionals, such as recruitment, development, compensation/benefits, and employee health & safety.

Requirements

Undergraduate: high school graduate, with work experience. Graduate: accredited bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience. Certificate: high school graduate or equivalent.

Established in 1888, Baker College is a private, non-profit, educational institution that has 13 campuses throughout the state of Michigan. Currently, it is the largest private school system in the state because of its distance education program for graduate school, which was created in 1994.
