Gerontology
Laurentian University’s Gerontology programs are administered at Huntington University College. The program studies the interaction between elderly people and society. Accordingly, the goal is to gain better knowledge of aging and increasing the quality of life in old age. The Gerontology department offers Certificates, Bachelors, and Combined degrees.

Laurentian University
Laurentian University (1960) launched its distance education program, Envision, in 1972. The largest bilingual distance education programs provides complete degree programs, including 11 in English, and five in French. Undergraduate degree programs include: Gerontology, Law and Justice, History, Native Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Women's Studies.
