Culinary Arts / Management
Allegany College of Maryland offers two programs relating to Culinary Arts and Management: Chef and Food Service Management. The demand for trained men and women in both of these fields continues to grow year after year. Graduates of the Chef training program have gone on to jobs from executive chef to culinary educator to food sales representative. Food Service Management graduates enjoy positions as restaurant managers and food & beverage directors.

Certificate Program at Allegany College of Maryland
Allegany College of Maryland was founded in 1961. The community college serves approximately 3,000 credit students and 10,000 non-credit students. ACM is located in the rural western end of Maryland. Independent study courses are available. Allegany College is accredited by the Middle State Association of Colleges.
