Human Resource Development / Management
The Human Resource Management major program at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College is designed to train individuals to efficiently carry out the many duties that come with a career in the field. A comprehensive education is supplemented with intensive instruction in analyzing an organization’s operating environment, recognizing its needs, and implementing effective strategies to best prepare businesses and agencies (including government and not-for-profit) to thrive in an ever-changing economy.
Requirements
Undergraduate: high school diploma/GED, academic history/work experience considered. Education majors must reside within 200 miles of campus. Graduate: bachelor's degree. Certificate: English Composition required if not previously taken.
