Information and Computer Science

The University of Hawaii System offers two degrees in Information and Computer Sciences (ICS): the Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree combines computer science with another discipline; the Bachelor of Science (BS) builds a stronger foundation in science and math, with specific concentration on software technology. Broad, yet thorough coverage of theory, design, and application of digital computers and information processing techniques prepares students for graduate studies, or for entering or advancing in the global ICS job market.

Requirements

Undergraduate: Must be 18 years of age for an AA degree. Must be 18 and pass the appropriate entrance exam for the BS/BA programs. Graduate: Accredited bachelors degree and appropriate graduate exams.
