History
Graduate programs in History at Queens University are offered at the master and doctoral level. The faculty teaches and writes the histories of the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Two different MA programs are offered: one three-year, which involves a 70 page (appox.) thesis; the second being a two-year program with a 110 page (approx.) thesis. The doctoral program involves defending a thesis proposal to a dissertation committee.
