Restaurant Management

Texas Tech University’s Department of Education offers a number of graduate programs involving food, nutrition, family and consumer sciences, and the service industry. Among them is the Master of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. The master’s program requires a minimum of 36 semester hours, or 30 hours and a thesis. Masters Degree Degree in Business

Texas Tech University’s mission is to provide an environment that facilitates students’ growth on the personal and professional level. The first commencement in May 1927 included an operetta and a pageant in honor of the first fourteen graduates.
