Counseling
Liberty University’s School of Education is dedicated to instructing individuals interested in becoming school counselors. Program participants will gain an understanding of a counselor’s professional responsibilities, from assisting teachers and parents, to evaluating information and applying techniques and assessment skills, to integrating Christian values with counseling practice. Graduates of the program will find themselves prepared to enter the counseling field and take on all counseling-related tasks.
Requirements
Undergraduate: high school diploma or accredited bachelor's degree, SAT, ACT. Graduate: bachelor's from accredited institution and prerequisites appropriate to desired course.
