Allegany offers Hospitality Management degrees specializing in: Chef, Hotel/Motel Manager, Food Service Manager, Travel/Tourism Specialist, and Culinaire Café. All the programs integrate a combination of business courses, practical hospitality courses, and internships. Most students complete courses in all the aforementioned for employability enhancement.
