Engineering Technology(ies)

The University of North Carolina Charlotte offers a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. The programs consist of Civil Engineering, Electrical, Fire and Safety, and Mechanical. UNC Charlotte implements a hands-on approach with guidance from extremely experienced professors.

Requirements

Undergraduate: BEST Engineering Technology - Electrical Engineering programs are limited to junior and senior years. An associate in an applicable applied science degree is required for admission. GPA 2.2. BEST Engineering Technology - Fire Safety program is limited to junior and senior students, an associate in an applied science degree in fire safety is required for admission, GPA 2.2. Completion Program: current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, GPA 2.5, minimum of a C on all nursing prerequisites, of which, all must be completed the semester before that of which is being applied.
