Athabasca University’s Certificate in Public Administration enlightens students to administrations at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government. The program curriculum includes public finance, budgeting, economics, public policy, legal studies, and industrial relations. The Public Administration Certificate enables students to enter/re-enter the job market, for promotions in the public sector or career migration.

Online Certificate Degree Program at Athabasca University

Athabasca University (AU) is a publicly funded institution of the Province of Alberta and reports to the government through the Minister of Advanced Education. Through the Post-secondary Learning Act, the government authorizes Athabasca University Governing Council to grant degrees and govern its own affairs. Members of Athabasca University Governing Council are appointed under the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta.
