Health Information Administration

The Health Information Management Department at Weber State University offers a number of degrees via their distance learning program. Individuals can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Health Administrative Services with an emphasis in Health Information Management, an Associate of Applied Science Health Information Technology, or a Certificate of Completion HealthCare Coding and Classification. Requirements

Undergraduate: high school graduate or GED, ACT/SAT or placement test, ARRT certification for bachelor in Radiologic Science. Clinical Laboratory students must be a working clinical laboratory technician.

Online Certificate Degree Program at Weber State University
